- While he has been enjoying his break, he has clearly not just been relaxing
- Marcus Rashford is just a fortnight away from returning to pre-season training
The start of pre-season training is still a few weeks away but Marcus Rashford isn't wasting any time as he looks to impress Jose Mourinho ahead of the new campaign.
Instead of being part of England Under 21's passage to the semi finals of the European Championship in Poland the Manchester United teenager was handed the summer off.
While he has been kicking back and enjoying the sunshine, the 19-year-old has now begun to step up his personal training regime in the heat of Portland, Oregon.

Rashford also practised some headers as he was joined by a partner for his workout
Rashford has shared a video on Instagram of himself doing shuttle runs between cones on the sand.
He declares he is having 'fun in the sun' as he pushes the hard yards less than a fortnight before a return to Carrington next month.
The teenager shapes up for the new campaign by combining quick sprinting challenges with side steps between the cones and some backwards running on the beach volleyball court.
He then practises some close control with a series of headers and volleys with a partner at close range, while continuing to move his feet.
As well as hitting the beach Rashford has been in the gym working on his fitness
In his downtime from preparing for the upcoming campaign Rashford posed for a picture with Brazil and Barcelona legend Ronaldinho.
The United striker has been on holiday in the United States with his team-mate Jesse Lingard, who posted a separate photo of his own meeting with Ronaldinho on Saturday.
After joining up in Miami, the pair were both at the Nike World Campus in Oregon, enjoying some downtime in the company's main headquarters.

After breaking into the United first team at the back end of the 2015-16 season, Rashford blossomed again under Mourinho last season.
Despite struggling for game time initially he became a key part of the side that won the Europa League against Ajax in Stockholm last month.
In 53 appearances across all competitions Rashford found the back of the net 11 times and will be looking to take another step forward next year.
