Tottenham Hotspur have underlined that Eric Dier is not for sale at any price.
Manchester United have a long-held interest in the England international and sounded out Tottenham over a potential deal earlier this year.
However, they received a firm rebuke from Tottenham and no further talks are understood to have taken place since the end of the season.

The 23-year-old Dier lost his regular starting place in midfield to Victor Wanyama last season but is still highly regarded by Mauricio Pochettino.
A graduate of the Sporting Lisbon academy, Dier seen as a key member of the first team set-up with his added versatility of being able to play in defence.
Tottenham will agree to sell Kyle Walker, though Manchester City have yet to meet their £50million asking price, but will not entertain any enquiries for Dier.
