Huddersfield Town have made a bid to sign Barnsley full-back Andy Yiadom.
The 25-year-old has been a long-term target for Swansea City but is due for a medical at Huddersfield on Friday after they had an offer of around £3million accepted.
Barnsley want Dimitri Cavare from Rennes to replace Yiadom. They are also signing Leicester City's 19-year-old midfielder Havey Barnes.
