Tottenham have agreed deals with three more summer signings, says Graham Roberts, who claims a right back and a midfielder will join his former club in the next seven days
- Tottenham legend Graham Roberts says the club will sign at least three players
- Only Spurs summer signing so far has been £42m defender Davinson Sanchez
- But Roberts claims a right back and midfielder have also agreed to join Spurs
- Roberts says both players, plus one from the Championship, will sign this week
- Spurs have been linked with Ryan Sessegnon, Ross Barkley and Joao Cancelo
Tottenham Hotspur will make another three signings before the transfer window closes, according to former midfielder Graham Roberts.
Club-record buy Davinson Sanchez, who arrived for £42million from Ajax earlier this week, is Tottenham's only new recruit so far this summer.
But Roberts told talkSPORT on Saturday that at least three more players will join the club in the next seven days.
Ex-Spurs star Graham Roberts (left, in 1984) says his old club will sign three players this week
Roberts claims Spurs, who are keen on Ryan Sessegnon, will sign one Championship player
'There will be another minimum three coming in this week,' said Roberts, who won two FA Cups and one UEFA Cup during six years as a Spurs player in the 1980s.
'I have got some good contacts at the club. There is one from the Championship that's gonna come. I am 99% sure that's gonna happen.
'There is a midfield player they have already spoken to. There is a right back they have spoken to. They have all agreed to come. It's just really sorting the figures out for the clubs now.'
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino admitted earlier this week that he was keen to 'bring new faces and new energy to the squad'.
Prior to confirmation of Sanchez's arrival, Pochettino said: 'I want four players. It's possible, yes, but it's not easy.'
Spurs have been linked with moves for Fulham teenager Ryan Sessegnon, Celta Vigo midfielder Pape Cheikh Diop, 20, and 23-year-old Valencia right back Joao Cancelo.
Everton playmaker Ross Barkley, 23, is also on Tottenham's watch-list, but an injury could scupper a potential deal.
Spurs will apparently also land a new right back. They have shown interest in Joao Cancelo
Roberts says a midfielder is coming too. Ross Barkley and Pape Cheikh Diop are both fancied
