Zlatan Ibrahimovic hits out at doubters in video after rejoining Manchester United: 'They thought I was finished... only I decide when it's over'

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has promised Manchester United fans he is in best shape of his life in a dramatic video released after he rejoined the club.
The striker posted a video to his official Twitter account with a montage documenting his recovery from the cruciate knee ligament injury he suffered in April.
Speaking over a black and white montage, Ibrahimovic says: 'Challenges... they are nothing new. I have faced them, I have conquered them all my life.

'They thought I was finished, that I couldn't come back, that I didn't have the hunger. No! I decide when it's over, no one else. Giving up was never an option.
'I have worked my body hard and I am feeling strong', he continues. 'Strong enough to put on this shirt once again. I know the history, the hopes, the dreams... It's time to finish what I started. The journey continues.'
In a separate video posted to United's Twitter, Ibrahimovic told fans he was in 'better shape than ever' and promised fans that he would 'make the shirt smile again'.

Ibrahimovic once again compared himself to a lion saying: 'Lions don't train like humans... they are stronger', before telling supporters he had missed them.
The 35-year-old rejoined United on Thursday, signing a one-year contract at Old Trafford after he was released by the club last season.
He will wear the No 10 shirt and compete for a starting place in United's attack with Romelu Lukaku, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial.
Ibrahimovic starred for United in 2016-17, making 46 appearances and scoring 28 goals before he suffered cruciate knee ligament damage in a Europa League quarter-final tie against Anderlecht in April.
