Brave Bradley's plight touched the lives of many people after he and his family refused to accept the diagnosis, showing great dignity during their struggle.
The loveable youngster went on to be the Black Cat's mascot and became 'best mates' with his hero, striker Jermain Defoe, before his death in July.
Defoe earned huge credit from many for his caring response and selfless support of Bradley and his family, becoming close friends with the youngster as he moved towards the end of his struggle.
