Arsenal are gearing up for their sternest test of the campaign so far when they travel to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea on Sunday.

Arsene Wenger's side have come out on top in the last two outings between the clubs — the FA Cup final and the Community Shield last month — but knows this will be a different encounter altogether.

Chelsea have hit a rich vein of form, returning to the Premier League this weekend following a 6-0 drubbing of Champions League newcomers Qarabag on Tuesday.

But to counteract Chelsea's firepower, Wenger will need his record signing to shine after a solid start to life in North London.

Alexandre Lacazette has scored twice in his first five outings and will be looking to improve that this weekend after revealing he has finally settled into his new surroundings.

'It's good, although the weather is rather strange,' he told Arsenal Player. 'I'll have to get used to going from sunshine to cold rain in a matter of seconds! I'm enjoying myself at the club.

'Everything is going well with my team-mates, the coaching staff and the medical team. I'm really happy.

'In the dressing room there are plenty of Frenchmen who've been helping me. The English players are very nice to me. All my team-mates in the squad are friendly. I have a natural connection with my French team-mates, but I am learning every day from everyone. It's going well and I hope it will carry on like that all season long.

'Obviously a couple of months isn't long enough to get to know my team-mates really well,' Lacazette added. 'I'll be happy when I have that understanding with them on the pitch with my eyes shut.

'It has been going well already, as I've managed to score some goals and boost my confidence. It's going well.'
