Rio Ferdinand has showcased his extraordinary physique and the transformation of his body since retiring from football two years ago.
His muscular strength is best illustrated by his personal trainer Mel Deane's revelation that Ferdinand can bench press a massive 130kg in a one-off burst.
The 38-year-old currently weighs 92kg, which is 10kg more than when he was playing for Manchester United and England.

However, the intention of his team, led by Richie Woodhall and Deane, is to cut him down to cruiserweight, which spans 79kg to 90kg.
Ferdinand said: 'I am currently fit in strength and power and gaining muscle mass. I started doing a lot of lifts, leg and glute work. I hadn't done that as a footballer.
'But boxing will need a different set. I want to get some weight off and once I start running, with my metabolism, it will drop off.'
