According to SPORT, Coutinho is top of PSG's wishlist as they look to continue their eye-watering spending in the market.
Club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi is reportedly committed to signing the 25-year-old after Neymar's suggestion and is willing to pay an estimated £135 million.
However, Coutinho is contracted to Liverpool until 2022 and the Anfield club may dig their heels in as they did during the summer to stop their talisman leaving for the Nou Camp.
