Huddersfield

Huddersfield winger Rajiv van La Parra is available for the home game against West Brom after recovering from a groin strain.

Michael Hefele (Achilles), Kasey Palmer (hamstring), Philip Billing (ankle) and Jon Gorenc Stankovic (knee) all remain sidelined.

Provisional squad: Lossl, Lowe, Schindler, Jorgensen, Smith, Williams, Mooy, Van La Parra, Ince, Hogg, Depoitre, Mounie, Hadergjonaj, Kachunga, Quaner, Cranie, Green, Malone.

West Brom

West Brom midfielder Oliver Burke is fit to face Huddersfield on Saturday after a hamstring injury.

The £15million summer buy has made just two appearances this season due to the persistent problem following his move from RB Leipzig but is available for Tony Pulis, despite being left out of Scotland Under-21s' squad.

James Morrison has seen a specialist in Holland as he continues to battle an Achilles issue and is not expected to return until after the international break, while Craig Dawson is out for up to eight weeks with a knee injury.

Provisional squad: Foster, Myhill, Nyom, Evans, McAuley, Yuning, Hegazi, Gibbs, Brunt, Yacob, Livermore, Field, Phillips, McClean, Barry, Rondon, Burke, Rodriguez, Chadli, Krychowiak, Robson-Kanu.

Key match stats (supplied by Opta)

This will be the first meeting between the teams since the third round of the FA Cup in 2009-10 – West Brom won 2-0 at the John Smith's Stadium with goals from Graham Dorrans and Chris Wood.

The last time these sides met in the league was in the 2000-01 season in the second tier – they haven't met in the top-flight since 1971-72, with Huddersfield picking up one of only four home wins that season against the Baggies.

The Terriers are looking to win back-to-back top-flight home games for the first time since they beat Ron Greenwood's West Ham and Brian Clough's Derby County in November 1971.

Huddersfield have won four of their last five top-flight home matches in November (L1) – two of those wins came against West Brom, in 1955 and 1970.

David Wagner's side have failed to score in six of their last eight Premier League games

West Brom have won the exact same number of points after 10 Premier League games of the season as they did last term (10) – they ended that campaign in 10th.

David Wagner's side have failed to score in six of their last eight Premier League games, having netted four goals in their opening two.

Tony Pulis's side have won just two of their last 19 Premier League games (D6 L11) – their opening two games of the 2017-18 campaign.

West Brom have the oldest starting XI on average this season in the Premier League; 29 years, 161 days old. Their starting lineup against Manchester City on MD10 was the oldest seen in the Premier League this season (30y 177d).

The Baggies nine Premier League goals this season have been scored by eight different players, with only Jay Rodriguez netting more than once for the Baggies so far.

Conversely, Town's seven Premier League goals have seen three players share two goals each (Steve Mounie, Laurent Depoitre and Aaron Mooy), with the other being an own goal.
