Benjamin Mendy is making full use of Manchester City's superb facilities, spending a rehabilitation session on the underwater treadmill.
The 23-year-old walked along the bottom of the small pool whilst watching his movement in a screen fixed in front of him.
Having ruptured a cruciate ligament in only his fifth appearance for the club back in September, Mendy is working hard to come back as soon as possible.

Benjamin Mendy shared an update of his session on Manchester City's underwater treadmill
An underwater camera transmitted the feed to a screen in front of the pool to assess progress
The Frenchman was joined by a physio for the session and shared his progress with 830,000 followers on Instagram.
No expense is spared in helping City's players recover and this particular piece of equipment is called the HydroWorx 2000.
The underwater treadmill can be adjusted to various depths and angles as well as providing resistance to players through it's jets.

Despite a significant set-back so early in his City career, Mendy appears to be an upbeat character, already popular among the fans due to his entertaining social media output.
But it is on the pitch that the left-back will want to make an impression, having moved from Monaco in the summer for £52m.
He may have to wait until next season to force his way into Pep Guardiola's plans once he has fully healed but his rehabilitation, which he regularly posts updates of, appears to be going well.
Having already undergone surgery on the injured knee in Barcelona, the worst of the recovery is behind Mendy but there is still a long road back to first-team action.
