Pep Guardiola's 'beautiful football' at Manchester City is only going to get better and lead to silverware, according to the club's chief executive.
Ferran Soriano is convinced that trophies will be a result of the entertaining attacking football on display at the Etihad.
He told the Telegraph: 'We are committed to playing beautiful football to win.
Pep Guardiola has instilled an attacking flair in Manchester City which yields results
City have scored a remarkable 38 goals in their first 11 matches of the league campaign
'Both elements are compatible and the second is a consequence of the first. I am convinced we will see further progress and silverware in the seasons to come.'
And all aspects of the club appear to be angled towards success, with City's turnover for 2016/17 reaching £473.4million, an increase of 21 per cent.
The evidence seems to be backing up Soriano's confidence too, not just financially but also on the pitch.
Guardiola has led City to the knockout stage of the Champions League and the Spaniard's side are blazing a trail domestically, holding an eight point lead over Manchester United.
