In the video, the car is shown travelling at slow speed with a man sat on the roof - it is only when it pans around the front that it is revealed that Evra is pulling the vehicle by himself.
The ex-France international wrote on Instagram: 'I just feel blessed, happy Monday, don’t be lazy.
'Why [do] you have to worry when you got the support and the strength from so many human beings. Thank you so much. Keep smiling, only positive energy.'

Evra was being trained in Dubai by Coach Meddy, who has worked with Evra in the Middle East several times before, as well as sessions with other footballers including Frank Lampard and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The video shows that Evra has not been cowed by recent events, which saw Marseille terminate his contract after kicked a fan before a Europa League match.
UEFA have banned the defender from European competitions until the end of June 2018, and fined him nearly £9,000.
Evra's career is not yet completely over however, as during this seven-month ban he can still play in domestic leagues.
