Mesut Ozil is set to miss Wednesday's clash against Huddersfield but is expected to be fit for Saturday’s showdown against Manchester United.
The Arsenal star, whose future remains under a huge cloud with his existing deal expiring in the summer, missed Sunday’s win over Burnley through illness.
And the Germany international is struggling to be fit for the visit of Huddersfield on Wednesday night.

There is growing hope, however, that the playmaker will be fit to face Manchester United on Saturday.
Ozil’s absence could open the door for Jack Wilshere to make his first Premier League start since returning to the club following last season’s loan spell at Bournemouth.
Alex Iwobi and Danny Welbeck are also in contention to stand in for Ozil, if he fails to prove his fitness.
Meanwhile, Theo Walcott has returned to training after missing two weeks with his own illness.
