FINAL WHISTLE: STOKE 0-3 WEST HAM

What a win for West Ham. Goals from Noble, Arnautovic and Sakho ensure the Hammers have moved up to 15th place. That result makes that 1 hour delay worthwhile for the travelling supporters.

Meanwhile, Stoke now sit 17th in the Premier League. Worrying times for the Potters.

17:45
GOAL: WEST HAM 3-0 STOKE (SAKHO)

86 mins: When it rains it pours. It is three for West Ham and Sakho gets on the scoresheet!

Lanzini breaks at pace and feeds in Sakho, who slides the ball home to wrap up an important three points for the visitors.

17:43
Arnautovic celebration and goal snaps!
17:40
Arnautovic is replaced by Chicharito!

That is it for Arnautovic, who is replaced by Chicharito in the 79th minute. He is roundly booed by the Stoke fans on his return!

17:35
GOAL: WEST HAM 2-0 STOKE (Arnautovic gets his goal!)

75 mins: Finally Arnautovic nets against Stoke. After missing a few golden chances against the Potters, he has doubled West Ham's lead!

The Hammers break, Arnautovic plays a one-two with Lanzini before firing the ball under Butland. Any way back for the hosts now?

17:32
Shawcross heads off target!

Big big chance for the hosts! Shawcross glances a header just over the crossbar from close range in the 72nd minute. Has to be hitting the target there! Will Stoke's poor run of form go on?

17:29
Crossbar again...Arnautovic again!

Arnautovic is tormenting his former side. The 28-year-old's curling left-footed effort smacks the crossbar once again. Entertaining game at the bet365 Stadium!

17:25
West Ham rising!

If the visitors can hold on for victory today, they will move up to 15th in the table, two points above the relegation zone.

We have just under 25 minutes left and West Ham are closing in on another invaluable three points...

Meanwhile, Stoke have made all three substitutions in the space of a minute with Tymon, Adam and Berahino on for Pieters, Fletcher and Diouf.

17:19
Marko Arnautovic going to rue his missed chances?

Arnautovic has had two great opportunities to score against his former side.

Firstly, he saw his looping header hit the crossbar from a Cresswell free-kick. And just moments ago, the Austrian cut back inside the Stoke area but his effort was deflected into the side-netting by Wimmer.

Will West Ham rue these missed chances?

17:08
Can West Ham hang on to keep up their good form?

The second half has begun at the bet365 Stadium. The Hammers will look to cling onto their lead, which was handed to them by Mark Noble's penalty.

Chelsea 1-0 Southampton

Chelsea are another side near the top who haven't sparkled today but still look set to claim all three points. Southampton are pushing for an equaliser but will we see any late drama in our four Premier League matches coming to an end?

Arsenal 1-0 Newcastle United

Newcastle are starting  to believe they can snatch a point here as Mikel merino's flick plays in DeAndre Yedlin on the flank, whose cross is just behind Joselu inside the box.

16:37
Stoke City 0-1 West Ham United

Remember, we are still in the first half at the bet365 Stadium and Mark Noble has been forced off injured with the goal scorer being replaced by Declan Rice.

mark Noble celebrates opening the scoring against Stoke but he was soon forced off injured
16:34
From Sportsmail's Laurie Whitwell at the bet365 Stadium

'That has to be the most blatant dive I’ve ever seen to win a penalty from Manuel Lanzini. It was a terrific run by the Argentine but he then fell over thin air as Erik Pieters withdrew his challenge in the area.

'Referee Graham Scott was looking straight at it but still somehow pointed to the spot. It should be the easiest case of a retrospective ban the FA will handle but that is no good to Stoke right now and highlights the inherent inadequacy of the new rule.'

16:31
From Sportsmail's Dan Matthews at the AMEX Stadium

'Into the final 20 minutes at the Amex and it's Burnley who feel like they're the team who could win this. They've been much improved after the break, while Brighton seem to have run out of steam.

'Ashley Barnes has just had the ball in the net for the visitors but it came courtesy of a crude foul on Mat Ryan. You wouldn't bet against Burnley nicking this, though, they are the master of the 1-0 win.'

16:29
GOAL! WATFORD 1-3 Huddersfield Town

Hogg's sending off has changed the dynamics of this match, Abdoulaye Doucoure letting fly with a powerful drive to give the hosts a slim chance of a comeback.

16:28
Chelsea 1-0 Southampton

Chelsea have the ball in the net again, but Cesc Fabregas was narrowly offside before Eden Hazard found the net. Correct call from the match official.

16:26
West Ham United's Mark Noble makes Stoke City pay the penalty
16:22
RED CARD: Jonathan Hogg (Huddersfield Town)

Bizarre. This looks a really odd sending off as Jonathan Hogg is involved in a clash on the ball with Andre Carrilo. But after Watford players surround referee Michael Oliver like a rabid pack of wolves, the match official dismisses the Huddersfield Town midfielder. It's 10 vs 10 at Vicarage Road.

16:22
From Sportsmail's Kieran Gill at the AMEX Stadium

'Incredibly cold at the Amex Stadium and incredibly tight. This game could go either way. Brighton still on the front foot, though Burnley have just had a goal ruled out for offside. It was tight.'

16:21
Laurent Depoitre scored Huddersfield's third goal at 10-man Watford
16:19
GOAL! Stoke City 0-1 WEST HAM UNITED

And on his 300th Premier League appearance, Mark Noble converts his penalty to put West Ham ahead in the first half.

16:18
PENALTY (West Ham United)

Moments after Ryan Shawcross hits the post for Stoke, West Ham break and Manuel Lanzini is brought down for a spot-kick...

16:18
From Sportsmail's Sami Mokbel at Stamford Bridge

'Chelsea should be well ahead here, yet there’s only one goal in it. Will their wastefulness bite them in the backside? Stranger things.'

16:17
From Sportsmail's Oliver Todd at Vicarage Road

'Huddersfield like their away goals to come in threes, it seems,. This being only the second game they’ve scored in on the road, and it’s another three-goal haul.

'Their fans are loving in, Watford won’t hear many louder at Vicarage Road this season.'

16:16
Arsenal 1-0 Newcastle United

It's been all Arsenal in this half, but Newcastle nearly hit back with a sucker-punch! Jacob Murphy is released through the centre and after beating two defenders he sees a low shot well saved by Petr Cech after cutting inside.

16:10
GOAL! Watford 0-3 HUDDERSFIELD TOWN

Game over at Vicarage Road. Huddersfield are making up for the lack of away goals earlier in the season as they are ripping into 10-man Watford now as Laurent Depoitre converts following good play from Collin Quaner.

16:08
From Sportsmail's Dan Matthews at the AMEX Stadium

'The first chance of the second half falls to Burnley and it's a good one. Chris Wood, starved of service all day, finds space to curl a shot at goal from the edge of the box but Ryan gets down to make a comfortable save. Sean Dyche turns to his bench, lips pursed. That's about the first sight of goal his side have had.'

16:08
Arsenal 1-0 Newcastle United

No sign of a Newcastle United comeback. If anything Arsenal will double their lead on this evidence, with Christian Atsu just about avoiding scoring an own goal after diverting an Alexis Sanchez shot into the outside of the side netting.

15:48
From Sportsmail's Kieran Gill at the AMEX Stadium

'In this first half, Brighton have missed a penalty through Glenn Murray, had a header cleared off the line and hit the woodwork.

'Chris Hughton can only be wondering how his side are not 1-0, 2-0 or 3-0 up.
Burnley have been woeful, offering nothing up front.'

15:46
Arsenal 0-0 Newcastle United

Heading towards half-time in the 3pms, with Arsenal well in control at the Emirates Stadium. There is a stoppage in play however as Mikel merino and Nacho Monreal are treated following a clash of heads.

Arsenal's Mesut Ozil prepares to shoot while under pressure from a Newcastle defender
15:43
Brighton 0-0 Burnley

Tarkowski still appears to be furious over that penalty call, having just given Murray a sneaky elbow into the ribs. It's missed by the match officials but had they spotted it there would have been grounds for a dismissal in regards to violent conduct.

15:41
From Sportsmail's Dan Matthews at the AMEX Stadium

'Andre Marriner is getting an earful from Sean Dyche here at the AMEX. The Burnley boss was not happy with the penalty award and even after Glen Murray fired over from 12 yards, Dyche was straight back in the ear of the fourth official.

'It's not Marriner who's causing his team to play this badly, though. They've barely touched the ball for the last 15 minutes. It's all Brighton but the visitors are still on terms.'

Brighton's Glenn Murray was fouled by Burnley's James Tarkowski to win a penalty
15:39
From Sportsmail's Oliver Todd at Vicarage Road

'Ludicrous from Troy Deeney, who jumps in for a stupid, studs-up challenge and is promptly shown a red card. Watford are down to 10 men for a third game running.'

Well, our man at the ground certainly thought it was worthy of a red...

15:38
From Sportsmail's Kieran Gill at the AMEX Stadium

'It's been all Brighton here... and Glenn Murray has just blazed a penalty straight over the crossbar. What a missed opportunity.

'That could be what Burnley need to gain some confidence and grow into this game. They should be 1-0 down.'

15:38
From Sportsmail's Sami Mokbel at Stamford Bridge

'Chelsea are starting to dominate this game now. Fraser Forster has made four decent saves inside the opening 35 minutes. Only a matter of time before Chelsea score if this continues.'

Willian of Chelsea (right) and Oriol Romeu of Southampton battle for possession
15:36
Brighton 0-0 Burnley

Justice served? With just about the worst penalty you will see this season, Murray blasts it well over the crossbar.

15:35
PENALTY (Brighton)

James Tarlowski brings down Glenn Murray inside the box - but it looks more like a tangle of legs than anything. Very soft.

15:33
RED CARD: Troy Deeney (Watford)

This week is going from bad to worse for Watford. Troy Deeney is given a straight red card after making a rash challenge from behind. Certainly worthy of a card but is red too strong?

15:33
From Sportsmail's Oliver Todd at Vicarage Road

'Watford have been very, very poor today. They are winless in their last four and the lack of confidence in Marco Silva’s team is showing.

'Nobody was tracking Aaron Mooy at all as he netted Huddersfield’s second and it’s delighted the away fans packed into a corner of Vicarage Road.

'‘2-0 up, we’ve been t’pub, we’re Huddersfield Town and we’re staying up’ is the current tune of choice. Makes a change from the pre-match Christmas songs, anyway.'

15:28
From Sportsmail's Adam Crafton at Stamford Bridge

'Pretty sluggish start to this one by Chelsea. Antonio Conte's side are missing the wit and invention of Cesc Fabregas in midfield and against a well-organised Southampton side, Eden Hazard is struggling to find space in the false nine role.

'Chelsea have tested Fraser Forster three times in recent moments from range but each parry was comfortable. At the other end, Southampton are dangerous on the counter and Manolo Gabbiadini might have done better when through on goal. Chelsea do have options with Fabregas and Morata on the bench.'

15:24
GOAL! ARSENAL 1-0 Newcastle United

Cracking strike from Mesut Ozil but could Rob Elliot have done better with it?

Newcastle attempt to head clear after Alexis Sanchez has a shot blocked, before the German perfectly strikes the ball dropping from the sky. It's nowhere near the corners but it has the Newcastle stopper well and truly beaten as the Gunners lead.

Better late than never...

Kick-off was delayed by an hour at the bet365 Stadium following a power failure
15:15
From Sportsmail's Oliver Todd at Vicarage Road

'It won’t be threatening the December goal of the month shortlists but Huddersfield won’t care, they’ve just ended a 638-minute run without an away.

'Elias Kachunga is the scorer, tapping in at the end of an almighty goalmouth scramble, and he deserves it.

'The German forward was involved in the play that led to the corner he netted from, twice rising from the ground to battle against Christian Kabasele before his pass was knocked behind by Heurelho Gomes.'

'Interesting to see Virgil Van Dijk on the bench today for Southampton. Rumours of a transfer have resurfaced with Manchester City joining Liverpool in the chase for the Dutchman.

'Van Dijk is one of six changes to the Southampton side here as Mauricio Pellegrino looks to trigger a response to the awful midweek 4-1 home defeat by Leicester.

Game on again at the bet365 Stadium...

The power has returned and supporters are now entering the stadium. Kick-off as you may expect will still be delayed however....

14:52
From Sportsmail's Kieran Gill at the AMEX Stadium

'Burnley love winning games by a single goal. Eight of their nine this season have came courtesy of that fine margin.

'That's why my prediction for today is a 1-0 win for Sean Dyche's high-flying visitors, who can return to fourth.

'So much has been written about Dyche lately, I'm looking forward to seeing what the Ginger Mourinho can do in the flesh.

'Four changes for Brighton, meanwhile, Pascal Gross and Glenn Murray returning to lead the attack.'

MIKE KEEGAN: When Christian Benteke hit the back of the net in a pre-match shooting drill, the cheers from the Palace fans were ironic.

When he repeated the trick on 19 minutes, powerfully heading Andros Townsend’s cross past a wrong-footed Kasper Schmiechel, they were not.

Scoreless Benteke, who last weekend made matters worse when he defied orders to take and miss a last-minute penalty that would have given Roy Hodgson’s Eagles three points instead of one, had done it for real.

Sorry, one last weather update courtesy of West Ham...
13:36
As Lenny Kravitz might say…

It ain’t over til it’s over. Autumn I mean. It may be rather nippy outside but this weekend is the last official autumnal weekend before we head into winter.

Oh, you came here for football and not weather updates? Well do you know what else isn’t over? Yes that's right, the title race.

Manchester City may be well out in front in the table but no team trophies are handed out in December as I welcome you to Sportsmail’s live coverage of this afternoon’s 3pm action.

West Ham picked up the all important three points on Saturday against Stoke thanks to goals from Mark Noble, Marko Arnautovic and Diafra Sakho.

The result has lifted the Hammers up to 15th in the Premier League, while Stoke now sit dangerously in 17th.

Meanwhile, Arsenal and Chelsea picked up narrow 1-0 victories against Newcastle and Southampton respectively to maintain their push for a Champions League spot come the end of the season.
