Andy Carroll missed West Ham's FA Cup victory over Shrewsbury with an ankle injury amid interest from Chelsea - but he is fit enough to enjoy a spot of yoga with his wife.

David Moyes, the West Ham manager, explained after the 1-0 victory on Tuesday that Carroll's problem prevented him from being involved.

But late on Wednesday, Carroll's wife and former Only Way is Essex star Billie Mucklow took to Instagram to share a picture including Carroll after a yoga session.

Sportsmail reported on January 4 that Chelsea manager Antonio Conte had identified Carroll as a target for the transfer window.

And the Premier League champions made contact with their London rivals earlier this week to sound the Hammers out over a move.

It is believed Chelsea would prefer to land Carroll on loan until the end of the season where as West Ham would prefer to sell him for £20m.

But after the Shrewsbury victory, Moyes said he does not want to let Carroll leave the Hammers.

'Carroll is part of my squad,' Moyes said. 'I want to add to my squad, not lose anybody.

'There have been a lot of rumours regarding a loan but as far as I know it's not officially come from Chelsea.'
