He revealed he would only accept cash, plus either Christian Ronaldo, Gareth Bale or James Rodrguez as make-weight in return.

Mourinho said: "I make that £100million each of Eden's legs. If they want him I would be the first to know because of my relationship with the club."

Belgium star Hazard is expected to be named PFA Player of the Year tonight (sun) and been subject to Madrid's incessant interest all season.

Mourinho, a former manager of the Spanish club, said: "Do you want a figure? £100million, plus one of their three best players. That's £100m for each leg because he is so young.

"If they (Madrid) want him they would get on the phone and call. They would not do something without telling me, I am sure."

Mourinho called Hazard his 'Golden Boy' and claimed he should be a shoo-in to win PFA Player of the Year.

BIG BUCKS: Mourinho has sent a warning to Real Madrid [GETTY]

The Belgium international has been sensational this season and is one of the reasons why Chelsea are on the verge of winning the title.

Even if they lose to Arsenal today, Morinho's side should still have enough points to cruise over the line.

And Hazard's goals have been a huge part of their success, making him a target for the world's best - including Real Madrid, according to the media, although the Spanish giants denied all interest.

Mourinho, however, is confident Hazard's head is not being turned - especially after the winger signed a new five-and-a-half year deal with the club back in February.

And the Chelsea boss insists his star has embraced the club's ethos.

"We have a very good squad and we have a very good team ethic," said Mourinho.

"We're not the kind of group that is looking for somebody to special, for somebody to be more than the others.

"Even Eden doesn't belong to that culture. He knows he's a special player for us and we need him on many occasions to be decisive for us.

"He's such a normal boy that he doesn't belong to that glamour. He wants to be a special player and a normal person.

"Yes, he's a fantastic boy, a golden boy, with the way he behaves, the way he wants to be and the way he respects people. Even the way he respects opponents.

"I don't think there is one opponent who will say, 'He insulted me'. He doesn't cheat. He doesn't dive. Nothing. He is the forward who has played the most games for us, like John (Terry) and Branislav (Ivanovic) in defence."

He added: "Our squad is made up of 20, so every player has played. I don't want anymore.

"It's part of our project - less players, less salaries. You can pay more to some, because you don't pay 25 players or 28, then you bring in some kids from the academy to compensate for some Hazard's, who get a little bit more.

"The title is what gives you more credit, not the individual award or the comments from the pundits or former stars.

"If we win the title Eden knows he was fundamental part of the team during the season. This is what he deserves. He deserves to be champion.

"Everybody sees that. It's a crucial period in a player's career, when you are a big talent and you become a big player. He has done that naturally in the three years he's been at Chelsea.

"I try to bring in players who are able to bring more to the team, the kind of players that win matches for the team. But you must work them in a way where they don't lose you matches either.

"In my career, I have lost matches because my best players were not at their best on certain days.

"Eden is in a state of mind and has a tactical approach where, this season, we have won matches because of him and we didn't lose matches because of him.

"He's a talented player that understands what the team needs. I give him more freedom but to give him that I need to compensate in certain areas - and the team needs to know that. But everyone is important to us."
