RETURN: Moyes says he would be United boss again

David Moyes has admitted he would jump at the chance to become Manchester United boss again.

The ex-Everton manager was sacked by Old Trafford bosses in April 2014 after less than a year in charge and replaced by Louis van Gaal.

But he told BT Sport: "Would I take the job again? Of course I would.

"There are very few managers in the world who wouldn’t want to manage Manchester United."

Arsene Wenger has vowed to be 'busy' in the transfer window next month.

The Gunners have reportedly all but completed a £5m deal for Basel midfielder Mohamed Elneny but it appears there could be plenty more to come from Wenger and co.

"I will be busy that is for sure," said Wenger.

"I am already busy and I said already one month ago we are a bit short to deal with all the competitions we face, especially in midfield. We will be busy, yes."

BUSY: Wenger has vowed to splash the cash

Aston Villa boss Remi Garde is eager to complete a loan deal for Chelsea forward Loic Remy when the January transfer window opens.

"Loic is a guy I know well and of course it would be an interesting player for the team," said Garde, who worked with Remy at Lyon.

"He is part of some players I'll try to attract to Aston Villa, for sure. Loic is a special one because he knows the country and the league. I have got some targets who could be at this level without knowing the country and the league.

"I have to work with the players I have currently but if you don't achieve that too much and you can bring in players with more confidence and with a lot of experience it could be helpful for the team."
