Puyol, who enjoyed an illustrious career at the Nou Camp, has become a football agent since hanging up his boots.

And former side Barcelona aren't too happy with one of his latest deals.

Puyol represents 16-year-old Eric Garcia who's come through the famed La Masia academy, renowned for producing the likes of Lionel Messi, Andres Iniesta and Xavi.

But the youngster is set to leave Catalonia this summer as he's agreed a deal to move to Manchester City.

And the Independent say that, as a result, Barcelona are fuming with Puyol.

Garcia was regarded as one of the academy's greatest talents, but has opted to join City on a three-year deal instead of sticking it out in La Liga.

Another client of Puyol, Carles Alena, is also being linked with a move to the Premier League, with Tottenham interested in the prospect which could add to Barca's frustration with their former captain.

Several players have opted out of La Masia in recent history to star for other clubs, including Cesc Fabregas and Hector Bellerin who left for Arsenal, along with Mauro Icardi who's now lighting up Serie A with Inter Milan.
