Jose Mourinho splashed the cash this summer to snap up the exciting duo.

Lindelof completed a £31m move from Benfica last month.

And Lukaku sealed a transfer to United from Everton for £75m on Monday.

McTominay, who is looking to establish himself in the first-team next season, is delighted they’ve both signed.

“Victor and Romelu have fitted in really well,” he said.

“It is like they have been here for a while.

“Everybody has made them feel welcome and it is just brilliant to have them here.”

United are currently training for the new campaign in the United States.

McTominay, 20, was asked to join the senior players despite having made just two appearances in a United jersey.

He added: “Obviously it is an amazing experience for me, coming away with the first team on my first tour, coming to LA.

“You have got to grasp the opportunity and take everything in, what the players do, how they rest, preparing for games.

“It is just really good to be around the squad and hopefully I can show everybody, including the manager, what I am capable of and push on from there.”

United face LA Galaxy on Saturday and finish their tour with a match against Barcelona on July 26.

In between, they'll also lock horns with Real Salt Lake, Manchester City and Real Madrid.
