The Spain international has long been linked with a return to his homeland and came close to joining the La Liga giants in 2015.

That"s according to the Daily Mail, who claim the Serbia international is intent on quitting Stamford Bridge for Old Trafford.

The newspaper reckon Matic met with Chelsea chiefs this week in hope that his exit would be sorted out by the weekend.
