Yann Karamoh is wanted by Arsenal and Tottenham

The Sunday People reckon the Premier League rivals could battle for the 19-year-old striker.

The Ligue 1 outfit rate the France U21 star at around £9m.

Both Spurs and the Gunners have sent spies to watch him in action.

They could face serious competition for his signature, though.

Inter Milan and Fiorentina are also keen.

It's suggested offers have been submitted, but they're yet to exceed £3.8m.

Arsenal have already splashed the cash this summer.

Alexandre Lacazette was drafted in from Lyon for £52m.

Sead Kolasinac was also snapped up - although the former Schalke star was a free transfer.

Tottenham, meanwhile, are the only club not to make a signing this summer.

But Mauricio Pochettino has assured fans fresh face will arrive.

He said: “Our moment will arrive. We have a plan. We are calm because our squad is competitive squad.

“We have a very clear idea of what we want and what we need to do to try and achieve our target.

“I want to tell our fans ‘don’t be worried’ because there are a lot of rumours about the big sides spending money.

“And maybe it looks like Tottenham is not ambitious but we will move in the market and we will be competitive like the last two seasons.”
