Arsene Wenger’s side beat Chelsea on penalties in the Community Shield to put themselves in confident mood ahead of the start of the new campaign.

But Craig Shakespeare’s Foxes will be no push-overs and the Gunners will need to be at their best to get a result.

Arsenal are also missing a number of their key players for their first match.

Wenger confirmed in his pre-match conference this morning that Alexis Sanchez won't make the starting line-up.

Shkodran Mustafi and Jack Wilshere are still lacking match fitness and are unlikely to start.

Meanwhile Laurent Koscielny is suspended and Mesut Ozil, Per Mertesacker, Aaron Ramsey, Francis Coquelin and Gabriel are all doubtful for the game.

Wenger has said both Ozil and Ramsey won’t be able to start - so what might the Gunners’ starting XI look like?
