Arsenal and Liverpool are both planning bids for Gremio forward Luan.

That's according to Brazilian paper Zero Hora who reckon he could be Premier League bound after a move to Russian side Spartak Moscow collapsed.

Luan has scored 12 goals in 23 games this season, earning his first Brazil cap alongside his Olympic gold medal in 2016.

However, it's suggested Gremio are keen to keep him another couple of weeks as they look to progress in the Brazilian Cup.

Arsenal have offered Alexis Sanchez a new £300,000-a-week contract.

That's according to the Daily Mail who say the Gunners want to make him the best-paid player in England.

Sanchez has less than 11 months left to run on his current deal and would be able to talk to clubs outside of the Premier League from January 1.

The Mail say he has previously rejected a package worth £225,000-a-week.

Valencia want Arsenal ace Gabriel Paulista to replace Ezequiel Garay.

Garay is heading to Spartak Moscow.

And, according to Spanish daily Superdeporte, Gabriel has been earmarked as a replacement.

Inter's Jeison Murillo was top of manager Marcelino's shortlist, but he prefers the Gunners centre-back who he previously coached at Villarreal.
