Liverpool transfer news: Christian Pulisic isn't up for a move

Kop boss Jurgen Klopp is a big fan of the American teenager, who is already a first-team star in Germany despite being aged just 18.

But despite Liverpool’s interest in getting the player, Pulisic isn’t up for a switch to the Premier League this summer.

“I am very happy at Dortmund. I do not think about a club change,” the Dortmund star told Sport Bild.

“I have extended my contract at the beginning of the year until 2020.

“Last season, I established myself in Dortmund with a European top club, which was always my dream as a little boy.”

On being linked with Liverpool, Pulisic added: "Yes, I read them [Liverpool rumours] too. What more can I say? I am concentrating fully on the start of the season.

“My next goal is to play consistently [at Borussia Dortmund].”

The Dortmund attacking midfielder, who spent a year in England playing for Brackley Town as a child, has eight goals in 54 appearances to his name since breaking through at Signal Iduna Park.

In April 2016, Pulisic became the youngest player ever to score two goals in the Bundesliga and last September he became the youngest American to score a goal in World Cup qualifying.
