That is according to Arsenal legend Ian Wright, who believes the Liverpool forward would be the world’s most-expensive player based on Coutinho’s valuation.
Anfield chiefs are set to reject an imminent bid from Barcelona worth around £136m.
The Nou Camp club are desperate to bring in attacking players after losing Neymar to Paris St-Germain for £200m.
But Wright believes Mane is worth even more after watching him run riot against Hoffenheim.
Wright tweeted: “If Coutinho's 100 and odd million, Mane's 200 and odd million.”

Mane joined Liverpool from Southampton for £34m last summer.
The Senegal international put pen to paper on a five-year deal.
He scored 13 goals and provided eight assists in his maiden campaign at Anfield.
Meanwhile, Coutinho’s team-mates fear he’s set to quit for Barcelona.
According to Yahoo Sport, the Liverpool star is considering issuing a public statement in a bid to force a move to the Nou Camp.
“Coutinho is willing to say that Liverpool is making his life miserable and that he wants to leave,” a source said.
“He has been very patient, but at the end of the day it is his option as a player to leave the club – and he wants to do exactly that.”
