The London rivals’ under-23 sides met in the Premier League International Cup fixture last night.

And for those who made the trip to Stevenage they certainly got their money's worth in a game that featured 10 goals – one disallowed – and four penalties.

Even more sensational is the fact the Hammers were the team who won all four.

And they managed to convert only two of them.

Instead Spurs keeper Alfie Whitman performed heroics in goal as he managed to save two of the spot kicks, as shown in the video above.

The young lad reads the direction of the kick and manages to deflect it onto the crossbar.

At the other end of the pitch Spurs were scintillating as they tore apart their capital opponents.

Promising youngsters Kazaiah Sterling and Samuel Shashoua both got a brace each in the game for the North Londoners.

It comes as fellow Spurs starlet Marcus Edwards scored a stunning free-kick for the England Under-20 team.
