The Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid aces have been heavily linked with a switch to Manchester United in recent months.

Griezmann, 26, was all set to join United this summer but Atletico’s transfer ban resulted in the France international snubbing Mourinho.

The Red Devils are also said to have enquired about Bale ahead of this season but the winger wanted to fight for his place at Real.

And according to the Manchester Evening News, Mourinho will make a move for Griezmann or Bale next summer.

They reckon the United boss is a huge admirer of the pair and it will ultimately come down to a straight choice between the La Liga stars.

The Red Devils made four signings this summer.

Mourinho landed Romelu Lukaku, Nemanja Matic, Victor Lindelof and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

United have had an impressive start to the season under the Special One.

The Red Devils have won their first three Premier League games to find themselves at the top of the table.
