Cristiano Ronaldo thinks Real Madrid made a big mistake by selling Alvaro Morata to Chelsea.

The Spain international was allowed to leave the Bernabeu for the Blues in a £75m deal this summer.

Diario Gol claim Ronaldo is growing increasingly concerned that letting Morata exit was a mistake.

The 24-year-old was deployed primarily from the bench last term but still managed to score 15 goals in 26 games.

Despite his goalscoring exploits, he was deemed surplus to requirements by Real manager Zinedine Zidane.

Antonio Conte has said Eden Hazard is approaching full fitness again.

The Chelsea boss said “About Eden, for sure he is improving and to have this type of patience is paying off.

“He is very close to being totally fit and to continue in this way.

“Don't forget I have to make decision for the team and the best decision for the players.

“I think he is improving a lot and is very close to being 100 per cent fit.”

Gus Poyet thinks Chelsea will have no trouble beating Arsenal this weekend.

He told talkSPORT: “There are no guarantees, we saw in that match with Burnley, with the sending offs, it’s difficult to predict exactly what will happen.

“But Chelsea are stronger now, Arsenal have too many issues, too many problems, we saw that in the game yesterday (against Cologne).

“The fans aren’t happy, it’s coming to a point now where it’s difficult for the players to perform.

“This is a great opportunity for Chelsea to prove they can go on and win the league again this season.”
