But Conte says the Chelsea pair are ready to face City.
“Yes, he [Morata] is contention for tomorrow,” said the Blues boss.
On Hazard, Conte added: “If he was able to play one game like Atletico it means that he is ready to play now with great continuity.
“I have to make the best decision for the team, not just the single player.
“For us he is an important player.
“Last season he had an important season, he performed as a top player and hopes to have a really good season.
“We managed very well his recovery. We gave him time before to play in a big game, sometimes players don’t have patience.
“We had to make the best decision for the player and club to make sure the injury is the past.
“He is fit, he played a very good game against Atletico.”
