And the Belgian would seriously consider a move to the Bernabeu.

Spanish outlet Diario Gol claim Courtois is not convinced by Chelsea’s credentials in the Champions League.

The reports say Perez has stepped up his attempts to sell Keylor Navas in recent weeks to make space for the 25-year-old.

Courtois is said to be happy in London but also hasn’t ruled out the idea of a return to Spain.

Barcelona are set to return for Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho in January.

The La Liga giants tabled three bids for the Brazil intentional this summer but the Reds refused to sell.

Coutinho even handed in a transfer request in the hope of securing his dream move to Barca but a deal couldn’t be agreed.

And according to Spanish transfer outlet Don Balon, Barca will return for Coutinho in January.

They say the Catalan club will offer £97m (€110m) for the playmaker, including add-ons.

Barca talisman Lionel Messi is also said to have backed the move.

Manchester United are close to tying down Marouane Fellaini to a new long-term contract.

The Red Devils are reported to have held talks over the midfielder’s future.

Fellaini’s current deal expires at the end of the season, but according to TransferMarketWeb, the Belgian is now about to sign a new contract with the club.
