Liverpool star Adam Lallana has been sent to Qatar to help aid his rehabilitation

England ace Lallana is yet to play for club or country this season following his injury blow in August.

The midfielder ruptured a tendon in his left thigh during a training session on August 4.

Thankfully he did not require surgery and he has been recovering ever since.

As the Daily Mail report, Liverpool have now decided to fly Lallana out to the renowned Aspire facility in Qatar to help break up the routine of his injury comeback.

The 29-year-old has travelled to the Middle East with a member of the club’s medical staff and will continue to step up his recuperation.

The Reds often send their stars around the world to help with injuries and they are encouraged with how Lallana is progressing.

The Daily Mail add that Jurgen Klopp and co are not putting a specific date on when their star will return.

But it is said that he should be back in Premier League action in mid November.

That would mean Lallana will be available again after the next international break when Liverpool take on his old club Southampton on November 18.

Liverpool, who drew 1-1 with Newcastle last time out, will be eager to have Lallana back following their difficult start to the season.

The Reds are currently seventh in the Premier League table and take on old rivals Manchester United at Anfield on Saturday.
