That’s the view of Red Devils legend Mikael Silvestre.

United travel to Anfield tomorrow, with Jose Mourinho’s men looking to extend their unbeaten start to the Premier League season.

And Silvestre has warned United, claiming a trip to Liverpool is like going to hell.

“You feel like you’re going to hell,” Silvestre told 888sport.

“You are not welcome and you can feel the hate for sure.

“It’s a hostile environment and it’s a good occasion to see how you react in diversity.

“It’s the best place to win games.”

United have won six and drawn one of their opening seven Premier League games.

Mourinho’s men find themselves second in the table, trailing Manchester City on goal difference.

A win would send United top until City face Stoke later tomorrow.

United’s former first-team coach Mike Phelan reckons the club’s success this season is down to Mourinho and his summer transfer business.

He said: ”I think they are getting that (fear) back slowly because now at Old Trafford there is an atmosphere, there is an expectation and the players are reacting really well to it.

"You have to build that reputation that fear and I think it was lost a little bit in the time Sir Alex had left.

"In the off-season, he's gone about his business really, really well. I think he's come back fresh and he's added to the squad and I think they are looking at a squad now that can really go the distance."
