The Wales international has had an injury-hit spell since joining the La Liga champions in 2013 from Tottenham.

Bale, 28, has started just six games in all competitions under Zinedine Zidane this time out.

And according to Spanish news outlet Diario Gol, Real are set to sell Bale next summer.

They reckon Real president Perez has an agreement with Bale and the winger’s agent Jonathan Barrett to sort a deal at the end of the season.

And Diario Gol claim Bale could end up at Manchester United or back at Tottenham.

Jose Mourinho is a huge admirer of the Wales international despite his injury woes.

The Special One publicly revealed his desire to sign Bale in the summer, however, the United boss did call a deal ‘mission impossible’.

Perez is reportedly desperate to recoup the £80m fee he paid for Bale back in 2013.

However, Diario Gol add that it’s unlikely and the Real chief may be open to settling for less.

Real were back in action today when Zidane's men beat Getafe 2-1 thanks to a Cristiano Ronaldo winner in the 85th minute.
