The Portuguese is wanted by the French giants and they will try and nab the Red Devils manager sooner rather than later.

That’s according to The Sun who claim sporting director Antero Henrique, who previously worked with Mourinho at Porto holds the key.

The former Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Chelsea manager recently said he was unlikely to finish his career at Old Trafford.

And that has led to rumours he has PSG on his agenda as a team to take charge of in the future.

Mourinho is looking to become the first manager to win the Champions League with three different clubs.

PSG previously tried to nab the Portuguese in 2016 before he opted to join Manchester United.

On his future Mourinho explained: “I have my contract that ends in May/June 2019, we are in October 2017, so I don't know what to say.

“One day you say I am going to sign a five year contract and the next day you say I am going to leave.

“The only thing that I said and is true and there was not misinterpretation of my words is I am not going to end my career at Manchester United.”

United return to action tonight when they take on Benfica in the Champions League.

The Red Devils are looking for three wins on the bounce in the competition after beating CSKA Moscow and Basel in their opening two fixtures.
