Rangers boss Mark Warburton wants to bring the youngster to Ibrox for the rest of the season.

And Wenger has now revealed Arsenal are working on a deal with the Scottish club.

"We work on it to see if it is possible, yes," Wenger said

"He has played games there [for Granada] but at the moment he doesn’t play and personally I think it would be a good transition for him."

Toral is yet to make an appearance for Arsenal's first team.

The 21-year-old has spent the last two season on loan at Championship clubs Brentford and Birmingham, and was voted the Blues player of the season last year.
