Arsenal have won just one of their last four Premier League games, meaning they have lost ground on their rivals for a Champions League spot.

The Gunners missed a chance to close the gap to Manchester City at the weekend after they drew 2-2.

But Arsene Wenger remained focused on the positives from the match and how his team fought to salvage a point.

"Overall we have shown quality that would be needed from now and until the end of the season," Wenger told Sky Sports.

"Even though it was not the result [we wished for], it was a positive way to come out of the game.

"And hopefully we can use that as a platform to be strong.

"We have eight games in April and confidence will be a factor."

Wenger has led Arsenal to a Champions League spot for the past 20 seasons.

But they will have to rely on their rivals dropping points in the remaining few games of the season to keep up their European record.
