Lacazette came off the bench in the 5-2 win over Benfica yesterday and manager Arsene Wenger has handed the club record signing the chance to impress from the beginning.
And the French striker is supported in attack by Mesut Ozil and Danny Welbeck.
Wenger has made 11 changes in total from the victory on Saturday. Mohamed Elneny starts in a back three including Laurent Koscielny and Nacho Monreal.
Hector Bellerin makes his first appearance of pre-season at right-wing back with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on the opposite side.
