Jurgen Klopp: Mohamed Salah plays with a better tempo for Liverpool than Sadio Mane

JURGEN KLOPP has hailed Liverpool new boy Mohamed Salah, suggesting he plays with a better tempo than Sadio Mane.

Liverpool romped to a 3-0 victory over Bayern Munich in the semi-finals of the Audi Cup.

Mohamed Salah got on the scoresheet along with Mohamed Salah and Daniel Sturridge.

Salah, who failed to make the grade during his time at Chelsea, showed Reds fans his talent in the convincing win over Bayern.

And reserved special praise for the Egyptian for his contribution.

“I think Mo has been very good ever since he was at Basel,” Klopp said.

“This year, we could get him [and] he's a really great player for us.

“We knew Mane was the main player for tempo, we have a lot of tempo, a lot of fine creative players, but not in the same kind of rhythm.
