ARSENAL have offered more money than Inter Milan to Caen star Yann Karamoh, according to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.

Arsenal and Tottenham have both been linked with summer swoops for the Caen star, who scored five goals for the Ligue 1 side last season.

Manager Arsene Wenger is keen on the 19-year-old to fill the void left by Lucas Perez's impending departure.

Perez is said to be in talks with Turkish side Fenerbahce about a move away from north London, just 12 months after he arrived from La Liga side Deportivo La Coruna.

As a result, Arsene Wenger has turned his attentions to Ivorian Karamoh, who starred for Caen as they finished seventh last season.

And Di Marzio says the Gunners have presented an offer with a higher salary than the one Serie A giants Inter have.

However, despite this, the Italian says Karamoh is destined to join Inter instead.

It is said that he has made up his mind regarding a move to the San Siro.

Karamoh has one more year remaining on his current contract.

Caen are reluctant to let him go but could cash in on him in January if they can resist Inter's efforts to prise him away until then.
