The Gunners have seen the title desert them for 13 years now.
And Redknapp thinks something has to change within the club, in terms of showing more ambition to grab the Premier League that has evaded them for so long.
“If you want a comfortable life, play for Arsenal,” Redknapp told Sky Sports.
“I look at the players they have - Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jack Wilshere - they don’t look under any duress.
