Turan has managed just 36 La Liga appearances during that time, scoring five goals.
And it seems Turan is unlikely to be a key part in Ernesto Valverde's plans this term - leaving him with no choice but to look for a move away from the Nou Camp.
Spanish publication AS claim Turan's agent Ahmet Bulut is exploring options and a return to his boyhood club Galatasaray has been mooted.

But Manchester United are mentioned as potential suitors with Jose Mourinho a long-term admirer of the 30-year-old.
AS claim Turan has met Mourinho numerous times and the chance to link up this summer is a possibility.
The attacking midfielder's agent also has a close working relationship with Mourinho's representative, Jorge Mendes, with the pair working on deals involving players moving in and out of Turkey in the past.
Mourinho has already signed three players during the transfer window but has made no secret of his desire to land one more before the end of the month.

The Portuguese boss is on the lookout for a wide player and Turan would provide him with that option as well as being able to play in a more central role.
However, it remains to be seen what Barca's stance is regarding Turan's position at the club and if they would be willing to do business.
