Barcelona have been courting Coutinho as a possible replacement for Neymar this summer.
The Catalans previously had two bids rejected for Coutinho, worth £72million and £90m, and their latest offer of £118m has been immediately rebuffed by the Anfield club.
Coutinho is yet to feature for Liverpool this season, having missed their draw with Watford last week due to a back injury. He’ll also miss their visit of Crystal Palace this weekend.
