But the Spanish giants are only likely to land one of their top targets to replace Neymar.
Barcelona have targeted Liverpool star Coutinho and Borussia Dortmund ace Dembele to help fill the void of Neymar following his £200m move to Paris Saint-Germain.
It looked like they had given up on signing Coutinho with Liverpool refusing to sell but fresh reports suggest Barca will make a final offer.
Barcelona have seen bids worth £72m, £90m and £118m rejected by the Reds this summer.
But Sky Sports say Barca will make a fourth offer for Coutinho worth £138m.

It is said the bid will be £101m up front and a further £37m given in add-ons taking the total fee to €150m.
Liverpool are expected to reject this offer with their owners Fenway Sports Group insisting that the 25-year-old is simply not for sale.
And Barcelona appear to be hedging their bets by preparing a final, last-ditch attempt to land Dembele from Dortmund.
The Mirror say Dortmund have given Barcelona a deadline of this Sunday to meet their €150m price tag for the France international, the same £138m bid they are making for Coutinho.
Barcelona could be hoping to either land Coutinho for £138m or if Liverpool continue to refuse to negotiate then spend that money on Dembele.

Spanish football expert Guillem Balague believes the Nou Camp club cannot afford to sign both players despite banking £200m outright from the Neymar deal.
“FCB are very aware LFC are not selling but have been asked by Coutinho to give it a last go. FCB don't want Coutinho upset for future,” Balague tweeted today.
“Coutinho expects FCB 2 offer €140m but they cant afford him, Dembele, Di Maria and Seri. So they putting efforts mostly on Dembele/Di Maria.
“The relevant people at FCB believe a new offer 4 Courinho won't be accepted by Liverpool.”
Spanish newspaper Sport say Barcelona have agreed a fee worth £46m with PSG for winger Angel Di Maria, who used to play for Real Madrid.
Barcelona have signed Paulinho, Gerard Deulofeu and Nelson Semedo already this summer.
