Robbie Earle has launched into a rant at Arsenal

Former Premier League star Earle was appearing as a pundit for American TV channel NBC today for the Gunners' clash with Liverpool.

He couldn't believe at how poor Arsenal had been in the opening 45 minutes and he hit out at Arsene Wenger's side with them 2-0 down at half-time.

He fumed: "Let me tell you the biggest criticism of Arsenal. In this game, one teams looks coached and ready for the game. The other one looks unprepared.

"And saying a team looks unprepared, well that's the biggest criticism you can have.

"Liverpool are finding themselves three v two in the centre of park and they are running the game.

"They are putting on the press and Arsenal just can't play out.

"Liverpool look like they want to play, they have options on the ball, and Arsenal look like it's hard work."

Earle was told to 'calm down' by the NBC host but even then he kept going.

Referencing Jurgen Klopp's decision to drop Simon Mignolet in favour of Loris Karius, he mocked: "Karius hasn't had anything to do, we don't even know if he's a decent keeper yet!"
