Manchester United could still sign Ivan Perisic before tonight's deadline
Perisic has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United all summer, with Jose Mourinho desperate to add another winter to his squad.
United’s pursuit of the Croatia international has cooled in recent weeks due to the early season form of Anthony Martial.
But Sky Sports reporter Alan Irwin admits a deal could still happen before tonight’s deadline, despite talk of Perisic signing a new deal at Inter Milan.
"Mourinho had his targets and has pretty much achieved them all,” Irwin told Sky Sports.

“But that move was put on the back burner after their early-season form, especially that of Anthony Martial.
While United youngster Andreas Pereira, who spent last season on loan at Granada, could return to La Liga to Valencia on another temporary deal.
Irwin added: ”In terms of players leaving today, Andreas Pereira could join Valencia on loan.”
