Southampton new boy Mario Lemina's impressive offensive skills
Lemina was a £18million signing from Juventus in the summer and has been steadily adjusting to Premier League football.
But after bossing the midfield at Selhurst Park, some Liverpool supporters began to wonder whether their club should make a move for Lemina.
Ollie Claxton tweeted: “Despite his dreadful hair, Lemina has been really good today - S'ton will be awaiting the transfer offer from Liverpool.”
Sean Brookes joked: “I wonder when Liverpool will bid £70M for Southampton's Lemina? Great performance.”

Dominic James Brown wrote: “Southampton have found another great talent with Lemina. No doubt Liverpool are on standby.”
Simon Tait said: “Lemina at Southampton looks a very decent buy. Surprised none of the big clubs were in for him. He'll be at Liverpool next season though.”
And Alex Humphries tweeted: “What a player Lemina is. Probably the next Southampton player on Liverpool's shopping list.”
Liverpool have a history of raiding Southampton for players having signed Rickie Lambert, Adam Lallana, Dejan Lovren, Nathaniel Clyne and Sadio Mane.
Even Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who arrived in the summer from Arsenal, once played for the Saints.
