JURGEN KLOPP is making the same errors week in, week out at Liverpool, claims Alan Shearer.

Liverpool are now three games without a win after Saturday’s disappointing 1-1 draw with Burnley.

It follows on from a 5-0 defeat away to Manchester City and a 2-2 draw with Sevilla in their Champions League opener last week.

Despite Liverpool’s dominance against Sean Dyche’s side - they registered 35 shots on goal - they were unable to break through for a winner.

But it was once again the Reds’ defence that came into question who have now conceded nine goals in five Premier League games.

Only West Ham and Everton have conceded more while the likes of Manchester City and Manchester United, who currently sit joint top of the table, have only let in two goals apiece.

And England legend Shearer was left questioning Klopp’s training ground tactics as to why his Liverpool side keep making the same mistakes.

“I am left wondering just what he does on the training ground when the same defensive errors are repeated week in, week out,” Shearer told The Sun.

“What I witnessed on Saturday in their draw at home to Burnley was laughable.

“Much like when I analysed their 3-3 draw at Watford on the opening day and, more recently, their 5-0 defeat against Manchester City.

“Klopp will point to the red card as a turning point in that game. But it was a forward in Sadio Mane who was sent off.

“In that situation, you shut up shop and try to get something out of the game. Not Liverpool. They just opened up, as they did at Watford.”
