Stoke vs Chelsea: Antonio Conte has named his side for the 3pm kick off

Chelsea have been carving out results in recent weeks but are yet to hit the heights of last season when they bulldozed sides.

Stoke have had a mixed start to the season and will be hoping to catch the Blues off guard today.

Antonio Conte brought in plenty of changes for Chelsea’s 5-1 EFL Cup win over Nottingham Forest on Tuesday.

Thibaut Courtois returns in goal, while Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christiansen keep their place.

Gary Cahill drops to the bench as Cesar Azpilicueta and Victor Moses get the nod.

Eden Hazard hasn’t done enough to prove his fitness and starts as a sub, with Alvaro Morata replacing Michy Bathsuayi up front.

As for Stoke, they are without Kurt Zouma as he is on loan from Chelsea.

Glen Johnson, Bruno Martins Indi and Erik Pieters sit in defence, while Jese starts up front.
