Geoffrey Kondogbia is on Liverpool and Tottenham's radar

Kondogbia has impressed in Spain on loan at Valencia.

The La Liga side have a £22m option to sign him from Inter Milan on a permanent deal.

But Tuttomercatoweb claims Liverpool and Tottenham are prepared to make bids if Valencia opt not to.

Kondogbia, 24, has made five La Liga starts with Valencia in third place behind only Sevilla and Barcelona.

And English scouts have been watching him and are impressed with his form following a disappointing spells at Inter.

Kondogbia joined Inter from Monaco in 2015 but was allowed to leave on loan in the summer.

He has five France caps but hasn’t played in over two years.

Liverpool have already secured the signing of Naby Keita for next summer but may lose Emre Can whose contract is running down.

Tottenham meanwhile are concerned over Mousa Dembele’s fitness and have seen Eric Dier attract interest from Manchester United.

Spurs are believed to be lining up a move for Ross Barkley in the summer, as they look to enhance their English core.

And Kondogbia would give them another option in the middle.

However both club’s interest may be in vain if Valencia take up their option to sign him.
